Dedemlerin, en son annem ve babam\u0131n karde\u015flerimle birlikte ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konak. Bu konakta ya\u015fam ortakt\u0131r. Evlenen bir \u00e7ocu\u011fa bir odan\u0131n verildi\u011fi, ayr\u0131ca evlendikten sonra ortak ya\u015fam\u0131n devam etti\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcrel bir ya\u015fam \u015fekli vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cumhuriyet\u2019in \u0130zini Ta\u015f\u0131yan Oda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedem babam\u0131 evlendirmek istedi\u011finde odalar\u0131n dolu oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcr. Bunun \u00fczerine k\u00fclt\u00fcr gere\u011fi babam\u0131 bu kona\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda konaklatamazlar. Bunun \u00fczerine bir oda ilave edilir. Cumhuriyet\u2019in kurulu\u015funun ba\u015f\u0131nda yapar bunu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o odan\u0131n di\u011ferlerinden fark\u0131, tavan\u0131nda ay y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 ve Cumhuriyeti temsil ediyor olu\u015fudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annem, babamla evlenince 19 ya\u015f\u0131nda gelin olarak bu kona\u011fa gelir. Uzun bir s\u00fcre bu ya\u015fam b\u00f6yle devam eder. Ard\u0131ndan bizler b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcnce buras\u0131 yetmeyecek hale gelir. Ama ailemizde a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak e\u011fitim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlere g\u00f6\u00e7 ba\u015flar. Babam, amcamlar ve ailenin di\u011fer fertleri Ankara, \u0130stanbul ve \u0130zmir gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlere g\u00f6\u00e7 etmeye ba\u015flarlar. Burada en son ya\u015fayan aile temsilcisi bu kona\u011f\u0131 satar ve \u00e7\u0131kar. Bunu da yaparlar. Buray\u0131 ayr\u0131 yedi ev halinde, birbirlerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getirip kira almaya ba\u015flarlar. Bu durum yakla\u015f\u0131k 15 y\u0131l devam eder. Ancak kona\u011fa herhangi bir restorasyon ve tadilat yap\u0131lmaz; sadece elde edilecek gelire bak\u0131l\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla konak g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne k\u00f6t\u00fc bir hale d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde oturanlar da 15 y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda art\u0131k oturulamaz hale geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in buray\u0131 terk eder. Bu konak bir be\u015f y\u0131l daha kimsenin ya\u015famad\u0131\u011f\u0131 metruk bir halde kal\u0131r. Yani yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 sahipsiz bir \u015fekilde doldurur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u2018Bir Annenin G\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131\u2019yla ba\u015flayan hik\u00e2ye<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20 y\u0131l sonra annem Mardin\u2019i ziyarete gelir. Gelin geldi\u011fi kona\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6rmek ister. Tabii kona\u011f\u0131 harabe halde g\u00f6r\u00fcnce g\u00f6zya\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tutamadan buradan \u00e7\u0131kar. Ankara\u2019ya gelir. Karde\u015fimle ben Ankara\u2019da oturuyoruz. Bizi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131 ve bu konakla ilgili halini anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7ok \u00fcz\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karde\u015fim Birol Ensari, \u201cBen gidip bir bakay\u0131m, annem neden bu kadar \u00fczg\u00fcn, konakta neler olmu\u015f?\u201d diyerek Mardin\u2019e geldi. Kona\u011f\u0131 annemin anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan daha k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, annemin o \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc yok etmek ve hayattayken g\u00f6rebilmesi i\u00e7in buray\u0131 sat\u0131n al\u0131p restorasyonunu yapmak istedi. Buray\u0131 en k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sat\u0131n ald\u0131. Neden diye sordu\u011fumuzda bu kona\u011f\u0131n ya\u015famas\u0131 ve ayakta kalabilmesi i\u00e7in i\u00e7inde bir ya\u015fam\u0131n devam ediyor olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bizim o d\u00f6nem yerle\u015fik bir d\u00fczenimiz vard\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z okullarda, i\u015f hayat\u0131m\u0131z buralardayd\u0131. B\u00f6yle kara kara d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrken butik otel fikri ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bu otel bizim i\u00e7in bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolu oldu. Gelen misafirlerle kona\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ya\u015fayan bir hale gelecek ve y\u0131pranmaktan kurtulacakt\u0131. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mla butik otel yapmaya karar verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karde\u015fim, bir holdingin ba\u015f\u0131nda; bu konuda bana yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur musun?\u201d diye talepte bulundu. Herkes sorun ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyordu, ancak hi\u00e7bir problem ya\u015famad\u0131k. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc amac\u0131m\u0131z otelcilik de\u011fil, annemin hayattayken buray\u0131 g\u00f6rmesi kona\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n orijinal hali korunmas\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bizde talimatlara uyduk. Elektrik kablolar\u0131n\u0131n duvarlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131na bile izin verilmedi. Tarihi yap\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc korumaya b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem verdik. Bu nedenle b\u00fct\u00fcn odalarda elektrik aksam\u0131 zincirlerle s\u00fcslendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restorasyon s\u00fcreci devam ederken odalardaki karyolalar\u0131 annemin ve babam\u0131n kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n benzerleri olarak \u00fcrettik. Annemin \u00e7eyiz sand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bir benzerini yapt\u0131k ve t\u00fcm odalara koyduk. Lavabolar\u0131 bak\u0131rdan \u00fcrettik, metal s\u00fcslemelerde Sel\u00e7uklu motiflerini kulland\u0131k. Ah\u015fapta ise b\u00f6lgenin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yans\u0131tmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Ayd\u0131nlatma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 Philips ile hayata ge\u00e7irdik; kona\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 proje haz\u0131rlad\u0131lar ve bug\u00fcn kullan\u0131lan projeyi Philips m\u00fchendisleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her bir odaya, ge\u00e7mi\u015fte o odada ya\u015fayan aile bireylerinin isimlerini verdik. Tarihin ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ayakta kalmas\u0131 i\u00e7in elimizden geldi\u011fince b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Misafirperverlik ve gastronomi odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restorasyon s\u00fcrecinde iki alana odakland\u0131k: gastronomi ve burada \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ekip. Personelimizi konak bitmeden dokuz ay \u00f6nce se\u00e7tik ve e\u011fitmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. \u201cEnsari ailesi misafirperverdir. Bizim ailemizin bir ferdi olarak misafirlerimize hizmet etmek ister misiniz?\u201d sorusunu kriter olarak belirledik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gastronomi taraf\u0131nda ise babaannem Peyruze Han\u0131m\u2019\u0131n ve annemizin bu konakta pi\u015firdi\u011fi yemekleri listeledik. Bu \u00e7orbay\u0131 da haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. \u0130smi i\u00e7in bir aray\u0131\u015ftayd\u0131k. Dedem, babaanneme \u201cPeyran\u0131m\u201d diye hitap ederdi. Biz de \u00e7orban\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 Peyran koyduk. Koruma alt\u0131na almak i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuruda bulunduk. Patent ba\u015fvurumuz ilk etapta reddedildi; Gaziantep\u2019teki Beyran \u00e7orbas\u0131yla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hik\u00e2yemizi anlatt\u0131ktan sonra yeniden ba\u015fvurduk ve sonunda patentimizi ald\u0131k.
